If you don't want to watch a video (or my voice-acting and script are too cringey for you), I'll summarize here:
Tales from Everfree City, the sequel to A Beginner's Guide to Heroism, will be posted on Tuesday, May 26th, 2020. On that day, I'll drop the foreword and two full chapters, and then it will continue to update every week (I'm planning for Tuesdays, likely sometime in the mid-afternoon PST, though work schedule may force that to go later or to a different day) until it's done.
Tales will be posted as a single fic (as in, one story with a single URL, cover, etc.) on FiMFiction, but in terms of structure, it's more of an anthology. There is an overarching conflict (or two) tying the whole thing together, but unlike Beginner's Guide, it isn't an end-to-end single adventure. Each story (or 'Tale', in keeping with the name of the whole thing) will be posted on that weekly basis, and I won't start posting one until it's completely done, so you should never have any delays in seeing a complete, end-to-end narrative come up on the site. However, I haven't yet written all the 'Tales'; with the delay as long as its been, I wanted to get the first one in front of you all as soon as possible (in fact, exactly 2 years since the conclusion of BGH was posted... time flies, huh?)
The first Tale, Princess Platinum and the Seven Deadly Suitors, picks up pretty much exactly where Beginner's Guide left off.
