Its been a rough year. · 6:12pm May 14th, 2020
I'll breeze through the major parts: I got the coronavirus, so did my dad, but we pulled through it. My dad had two serious strokes the same day, he's conscious and cognizant and currently recovering with some minor progress. Almost got a job despite everything for a few weeks work, but place stopped hiring the very next day after I had decided to apply for the night shift. A friend got the virus too while stuck in another country, but thankfully he's now fine as well.
The amount of fucks I have is minimal. Sorry for the long silence.
Ouch, that really sucks. It sounds like the medical side is sorted out, so that just leaves the question of weather or not the job process will pick back up now that things are starting to go back to normal.

Oh good lord, I'm sorry life's been putting you through the ringer, can only be thankful that you both made it out alright, relatively. Regardless of "silence', in the end I'm just glad you and yours are holding up as well as you can. It's a testimony to who you are that so many people care as about you. Life is going to get better but here in the USA we are looking at a second wave thanks to our leadership. I would prefer ponies in government at this point.

Your singular work, among a few others on this site have been major inspirations to me. I'm happy you've been able to break through this horrible virus that's been devastating our world as of late, and I hope to see you continue after some time of much needed, much deserved rest.
