In the past few days I've had an increase of views, to the point where I wondered if one of the site admins had given me a plug. Apparently people just have more time to catch up on their Read It Later lists. So thanks to those of you who read my fanfics.
As for me, I'm actually doing relatively well during this pandemic. My company is considered essential because we process health insurance, so I'm going to work every weekday. I just have a general anxiety about the state of the world and about my family, but I'm learning to deal with it. And by “deal with it” I mostly mean cutting back on reading news updates, but hey, whatever works.
And I'm still writing fanfiction, although I don't have a ton of time to write. Currently I'm working on a story that focuses on Cozy Glow. The working title is “A Cozy Redemption,” except so far it's just “A Cozy Backstory,” which doesn't have the same ring. I haven't seen many fanfics that discuss Cozy's origins, so hopefully this will feel fresh. The good thing about this fanfic is that unlike my previous two stories, I won't have to rush to meet a contest deadline, so the quality should be better.
Glad to hear from you. Looking forward to seeing what you do with Cozy. She's almost Joker-like in her blank slate of a past.
