    Transformers: Siege thoughts

So, I watched Transformers War for Cybertron: Siege. I have a bit to unpack here, so bear with me. And for the record, I'll be calling it Siege as so we don't get confused with that game series.

    Changing My Stance, Part 2

Okay, so yeah, FIMfic? Gotten a bit crazy, hasn't it? We've had someone doxed, or depending on who you ask, claiming to be doxed. I don't know which is true at the moment, as I didn't know the person personally so I can't say one way or the other. Maybe he was, maybe he wasn't. As I said, I didn't know iisaw nor did I get to see the full details of what went down so I can't take a stance on the

    Changing my stance

Okay, a few days ago, I said I didn't care about a certain debacle. I've since changed my mind after a frankly riveting blog post by GrandMoff that I think you should all read.

Star Wars the Clone Wars The Final Season: Dangerous Debt · 6:07pm April 3rd

"Who you were does not have to define who you are."

So... um, yeah, emotional episode this week.

We finally learn Trace and Rafa's backstory and dear god is it a heartbreaker. Remember Hostage Crisis? Yeah, as it turns out the chaos in that episode led to a transport smashing into a portal wall. The very same wall where as it turns out lived Trace and Rafa's parents. To make matters worse, a Jedi who fits the description of either Luminara or -probably more fitting I think for an Ahsoka episode- Barriss Offee said how sorry they were. That... didn't go over well, needless to say.

So an escape is hatched thanks to Trace fainting when about o be tortured, and taking advantage of the confusion Ahsoka uses the force to open her cell door. She cites a power blackout, of course. The chase spills into the city, and at one point we see a very stunning sight. A Mandalorian, in robes, and then we're treated to more Mandalorians. Bo-Katan, actually. So yeah, leading up to the Siege of Mandalore here. And one of the Mandalorians accompanying Bo-Katan? Well, her name is never said but it's very obvious by the armor that it's Ursa Wren. Nice little touch really as we draw closer to Revenge of the Sith and the Empire...

I absolutely cannot wait to see how this arc concludes, what about you?

I need to watch it. My gorram X-box won't work. Also, Hostage Crisis? Which episode was that? I may need to brush up on it if and when my Xbox works again.....

Early season 2 episode, the premiere actually.
