How to know when you've been trapped inside too long. #2 · 2:22am Apr 1st, 2020
So I'm sitting here listening to the rain, thinking about all the work I need to have done to my house, when I had another thought; what's up with Applejack's home? Seriously, does she live in the barn? Is the barn attached? Why do we only ever see one or the other, even in bird's eye view of the farm? Also, what's up with the carrot house? The only time it's acknowledged is in the family reunion episode and then never again. We demand answers, Hasbro!
One side of the house (kitchen, living room, etc) and the first floor (bedrooms) is the farmhouse, other lower half is the barn, which also gets used for gatherings. So technically, Applejack entirely destroyed her home during the reunion. Carrot house, holds carrots and/or Carrot Top.

Makes as much sense as the Griffin's house on 'Family Guy'. I think 'The Simpsons' have the only cartoon house that one could, and people have, build a functional home based on images alone.
