Hey, all. Long time, no chat. Phew, it's been a wild year, hasn't it? 2020 just keeps on giving.
For me, it's been a good year. I worked hard on my thesis that I finished with a full score and accolades, and that was the last part of my Bachelor's studies. My second degree, and whoo boy was it a lot harder than the one before. Seems like schools today demand a lot more from their students than when I was younger. Or maybe I just took studying more seriously. Anyways, that's behind me, I'll soon get my papers from the bureaucratic machine in Finland and finally get back to working. I won't miss the stress of constant deadlines, mounting number of studies and endless work on the thesis, let me tell you. F no. Getting money will be a fun change too! My life savings are pretty much dry after the almost 4 years of studies so any income would be fun! Good thing people are desperate to fill positions in hospitals so I have a few places already lined up thanks to my friend the big C-beer.
This also means that now that I have a few weeks just to wait for those papers and nothing to do but sit in self-isolation, I might as well catch up on my gaming backlog, exercise, and maybe even write. I've had so many ideas of what to write during the last six months, but I've had this constant nagging feeling that if I have energy to write something, it should be school stuff. I'm still way burned out from writing the thesis, so nothing in a few days, but soon (tm)! Hope you like comedy and sexy stuff, because both of those will be upcoming. I mean, we live in dark times of isolation, so I think those things are what we need most, isn't it?
