Description of Born In Light Characters (WIP)

This is a post wherein the descriptions of each character will be included, if they are different from cannon. For example, in this story Celestia, both personality wise, and appearance wise is the same as she is in canon. For that reason she will not be on this list, unlike Twilight who changes appearances multiple times.

Characters can and will change appearance a few times in the story, and as such spoiler tags will be used. There will also be tags indicating from when this appearance is first taken on, fyi. OCs in this story will also be included and I hope to do something like this for all my main line stories in order to help keep people on the same page and will be good companion pieces to the story so far blogs that these posts will be linked to. OCs who are either only there for a scene or two won't be included unless requested.

Warning, some character reveals are meant to be a surprise so if you read all of this you will have a lot spoiled for you. These descriptions will be updated if the character’s appearance changes dramatically.

Twilight.

Chapter 1. (Tests Can Be Hell) Filly, normal.

Chapter 2. (Trial One: Birth) Named Dog, covered in black, spongy bandages, missing her horn but otherwise normal proportions.

Chapter 7. (Trial One: Face Off) Sharper, bigger teeth, harder, more leathery skin which is a very deep purple color, can spit acid.

Chapter 15. (Trial ?: Home, Sweet Home) No longer named Dog, changed to Kanathara.

(Trial Four: Emergence) Wears a slim black griomore around her neck held by silver chains. Has a flowing purple aethereal mane that goes from black (On scalp) to purple which also contains stars. Long, curving horn shaped like a kopesh, piercing gaze, tall, svette figure. Incredibly dark purple fur. Taller then even Big Mac.

Rainbow Dash

First (true) Appearance. Chapter 13 (Trial One: Friendship) 2 short horns on either side of her head, leathery wings, a blue leathery hide, and a patchy, rainbow mane. Loses her mane completely, grows a stubby tail shortly after this while also growing taller.

(Trial Four: Emergence) Rainbow Dash. Hard black scales, mane and tail are made of a crimson fire, has draconic eyes that are a deep red. Well muscled and larger then even Big Macintosh. Able to breath hellfire. Wings are incredibly large, and are batlike in appearance.

Sisyphus

First Appearance. Goatlike face twin horns growing from just above his brow and angling back before extending a foot behind his head on either side. Black shaggy fur, yellow, goat eyes. Otherwise humanoid appearance minus cloven hooved feet.

Pythias.

First Appearance. Stitched lips, eyes were covered, wore gold and red robes, was painfully thin, wore an iron collar from which hung a thick chain. Copper skin

Pear Butter.

First Appearance. As tall as Tirek, has golden scales covering her entire body, pony shaped quadruped with a long serpentine tale that's nearly as long as she is, draconic appearance, with slitted pupils, serrated dagger like teeth that poke out of her mouth, bright orange spines that grow from her forehead, back and to the tip of her tail, brass colored hooves and two large horns reminiscent of a ram that grow from either side of her head.

Tirek.

First Appearance. Almost identical to show Tirek when he was at nearly full power, darker fur, his horns werent quite as large. Ex.)

The pride demon, Nebuchadnezzar.

First Appearance. Tall, angular, wearing expensive jewlery and clothes, has a large bone like crest on his head, but is otherwise humanoid, with redish skin.

Riff Raff/Blackguard.

First Appearance. Tall, slim unicorn stallion, wears a tall black top hat, burnt orange mane cut short and combed to swirl from front to back. Grey fur, pericing red eyes. Cutie mark is of a black shield with a blood red pike over it.

Cervantes

First Appearance. As tall as Tirek is and is essentially animated black metal armor. Has several cracks in it,

Rainbow Dash’s armor.

Full plate
Bonelike protrusions extend from near the hoof of both foreleg guards. Bonelike growths that extend from the back and guard the wings at the end of which extend blades. Plates are large, heavy and interlock perfectly. Helmet is an abnormally large, angular equine skull with two large horns sprouting from the back.

Breastplate
Can fold until its nothing more then a silver and black breastplate with a heart at the center with a stake through it.

Twilight/Kanathara’s greaves.
Cover only from hoof to knee with thin metal that is very decorative. Black rosses crisscross the four metal plates.
