Like last time, I'm throwing out some ideas for others are free to write. They're crossovers that I will most likely never write, but hey, maybe they can inspire others.
Twilight and the Forces of Friendship
Crossover- Friendship is Magic with Star vs. the Forces of Evil
Summary: Twilight is the crown princess of Equestria. On her birthday, she receives her family’s wand. Unable to control her magic, her parents send her and her younger brother Spike to Earth in order to teach her to how to control it in safety. Befriending the Earth family that is housing them, Twilight and Spike must master Twilight’s new magic while avoiding Discord, who wants the family’s wand so he can cause havoc.
Personal thoughts- I never got that much into Star vs. the Forces of Evil. The reason for this is I never had the channel for it until the final season when it moved onto a channel I did have. I only started watching sometime during season four, and I was interested in the concept, especially the story of Eclipsa and Globgor. A world that has magic and a world that doesn't? Sounds like Equestria Girls. If I was doing this one, I'd personally put Flash Sentry in the role of Marco to Twilight's Star because that's one of my MLP ships, and given Spike is established to be Twilight's little brother, I wouldn't have him as a dog like he is in Equestria Girls. But like I said, those are my choices if I was writing this idea. You guys do whatever, even if it's Sunset as Marco or some other character as him, and having the rest of the Mane Six as either Equestrians (the MLP version of Mewmans?) or humans from Earth.
Friendship Falls
Crossover- Friendship is Magic with Gravity Falls
Summary: Twilight would rather enroll in summer school and advance her education. Her parents have other ideas. They send her and her younger brother Spike to live with their brother Shining Armor and his fiancée Cadence for the summer. In the town of Friendship Falls, Twilight and Spike befriend the locals and discover that strange things happen in town. With new friends, Twilight and Spike seek to answer Friendship Falls’ mysteries and have the best summer break ever.
Personal thoughts- I'm more familiar with Gravity Falls than I am with Star, so I'd probably have an easier time doing this one. Again, not a dedicated fan but I know enough of the story to have an idea of how I'd do it. Like with Forces of Friendship, I'd change Spike from a dog to a person because of his sibling dynamic with Twilight. And in following GF's interesting family dynamics, I would have Twilight and Spike stay with Shining Armor and Cadence for a complex sibling/summer guardian dynamic. It'd certainly be interesting to see who ends up on the Cipher Wheel and how the summer progresses with MLP's characters.

Crossover- Friendship is Magic with DuckTales
Summary: A freak accident occurs while the Mane Six battle Grogar’s Legion of Doom. Alone, Twilight wakes up in a world where unicorns and dragons and mostly every major species from her world are uncommon. With the help of the legendary Scrooge McDuck and his family, Twilight sets out to find her friends and get them all home. As time goes on, more and more of Equestria leaks into the city of Duckburg, and the Mane Six need to keep things from getting worse.
Personal thoughts- Okay, cliche transported to another world plot aside, I was inspired by Sonic X for this premise. DuckTales is packed with adventure and character relationship building, and due to magic being a thing in that world, the MLP cast would fit right in. Scrooge could definitely afford to house the Mane Six during their stay so that simplifies things. This idea would be fun to do, but I don't have the time.
That's all I have. Feel free to write about these ideas. Hopefully my summaries and personal thoughts give somebody a starting point.

Well, I know for the Gravity Falls one, Celestia and Luna would be part of the opening arc. I imagine as Twilight and Spike are getting settled in with Shining and Cadence, Celestia and Luna are part of the Friendship Falls community, and after being released on parole for whatever the human equivalent of going Nightmare Moon would be, she'd run off into the woods out of guilt, and Twilight, Spike, and their new friends would have to help Celestia find her and bring her home.

Yeah, I always found the part about him as a dog a bit demeaning when he's supposed to be Twilight's younger brother and the fact that him being a dog in EG would mean every dragon that came through would be a dog instead of a civilized person. That's one of my main issues with EG, along with Timber Spruce, and the lack of expansion on Sunset's human counterpart.

Spike being labeled as a non-sapient pet is one of my huge grips with Equestria Girls.
I love the show but Spike not allowed to be human is absolutely unfair for him.
Its worse with how him being a dog screwed him over in the long-run.
Heck, in too many interesting crossover fics, Spike ultimately gets left out or unable to participate due to he's stuck as a damn dog.
And sadly too many authors don't even bother giving him a human form so he isn't left out.

Such as that a lot of Yu-gi-Oh/EQG fics I seen.
Spike not getting to duel due to he's stuck as a dumb dog.
Before someone goes "He doesn't need to duel to be important", I repeatedly try to tell that one author that its a big deal of Spike not getting to duel. Like its really not fair for him.

I don't get on why don't authors give Spike a human form too in EQG stuff?
Him being a dog really hindered his character in EQG.

They're probably trying to roll with the rules of the universe they're playing with. Most people will, but people like you would try to be different. I know I'm trying to make colorful changeling cocoons a thing.

They really should realize Spike being a dog is just.. an outright mistake pretty much.
Makes me resent the writers more due to everyone just rolls with the fact Spike's stuck as a dog.
These are interesting crossover ideas. I think they may work great!
