Issues Going On, No Promises Made · 4:17pm Mar 21st, 2020
Long time since I've posted here, but I've been kept very busy the last four days or so.
TL;DR-On work furlough for at least three weeks, I did get one full paycheck coming next week. Past that, I'm burning my remaining PTO for my company's health care, which will last about five months-call it August/September before I have to pay the company for my healthcare every two weeks.
However much I might complain about being in the People's Republic of California, I can apply for unemployment almost immediately, and as long as nothing bad happens, I'm okay for as long as unemployment lasts. Not good, but if I can get at least half my monthly paycheck as this goes on, I can pay my bills and cover debts and even put a bit away for savings. My only real debt is my credit card, so paying that off is Priority One of my last full paycheck.
I'm hopeful I can get rehired back at work when things get better, but just to be safe I'm going to be putting in at least two resumes a day, applying anywhere and everywhere I can.
On story writing-I don't know how much MLP stuff I'll be doing, because I have an actual, honest to God, original novel that I'm almost done with. More details when I get it up on Kindle.

It's months later, now, and in my opinion things have definitely gotten worse. I'm just reading your Dusk Shine story - it's been years since you last wrote on Fimfiction.
