A question, if a story is deleted between one archive and the next, is the story now missing from the next zip?

As I recall it, deleted stories should still be carried forward into all future copies of the archive. Plus, even if someone does try to work around that (for example, by using edits to blank out the final version the archives capture before deleting the story), you can always go back and download an earlier copy of the archive to get around it.
