It's ready. It has been ready for three days. Have you seen the newest picture by hooves-art? That's the cover art. The fic was ready to go before that pic went public. There would have been a link to it in hooves's posts like last time I commissioned a cover for it.
So I have to give a huge shoutout to the mod team for not having properly gotten back to me, after three days, on whether or not the crop of the picture I'm using is sufficient. It's not like I paid for a cover art with the same title as the story and was meaning to get some exposure through that. It's not like people are already using that as the cover for other stories.
Next time I'm going back to not asking, and just banking on the mods not seeing anything. It's not like the rules are applied consistently on this site anyway.
Well isn't that just great. And not something that happened before. Multiple times.
