Last night, I gave, under the exhortations of a friend, the story Rainbow Factory a read.
I found it awful. Low word economy, hasn't been proofread over these several years, apparently. Cheap tragedy. A crying shame. I expected too much, I guess. It was like reading CreepyPastas back when I first started my channel.

I have switched gears regarding my job search. I was feeling horrible while pursuing actuarial, so I'm working with Spherion to obtain something local that at least uses part of my skillset. I might end up a big fish in a small pond, but I wouldn't hate that. Not as much as I have found myself hating myself while searching for actuarial opportunities.
Sessions for D&D have dwindled to one per week, as of today, since the session that moved from Tuesday to Wednesday afternoon has lot two of its members: one to employment and another to unemployment, leaving the DM and me. The remaining session is online, but we have it tomorrow, at least.
All in all, starting this temporary job has been a net positive. Not only is the income nice. I also have some structure in my week, which I have seriously lacked since graduation, even through my studying.
Peculiarly, I haven't been playing any video games of late. I've been busying preparing for some of these D&D games. I've also kept away from Tales of Berseria partly because the equipment upgrading system is a bit of a chore, but I'll get to that eventually.
Apart from all this, I hope you all have been well. I've not really been able to keep up to speed with everything going on here. My newsfeed is quite backed up from my failure to check it often.
Really, now that I think about it, I should go back to my plan back before I went on hiatus...
That being: work on stuff well in advance and then start uploading once backlog is sufficient. Even if I could make a video for each week of October, that'd be great...

Last I was active on here, you did seem to be having better time with the writing side than on the channel side of things. Looking over your ratings, I'd say you're coming alone better than well enough, Robipony. It feels like ages since I last proofed for you. I can see Roseate got some new artwork!
