Okay, I promise there's a good reason why this blog post is days late.
Unfortunately, while I'll hint at it here, the full blog post comes later.
I've finally halfway made it back into the saddle of writing as of late (which is why this is late), so I can say that January has been halfway okay. The other half is me simply not remembering what happened last month.
Did I mention my memory is bad? Or maybe I'm just unfocused. Regardless, I made progress and I am tempted to take a crack at finishing Glimpses of Regret, rereading The End War and writing a chapter in it, and or drafting a plan to tackle Civil War of Harmony.
I think I read a story or two in January, but I honestly don't remember. It might have been December. But enough rambling that you're probably not that interested in (or are you? Comment below!), I have an update to give.
A recap and summary of my writing in January...
I'm not actually going to check this yet (stay tuned), but my estimates are between 25,000-40,000 words. Of which about 11,000 needs to be scrapped and rewritten, possibly using dark magic to create some amalgamation of a Frankenstein's monster chapter.

What to expect coming soon...
Another blog post! I'm both excited about it and also dreading it.
Current plans are to publish two chapters in The Night's Stars this month. No one-shots are planned.
Miscellaneous
I had the idea of writing a crossover story, but I can't go into details without spoiling too much (any details are too spoilery), so I'll just say it's something I'm pondering. It'd have to be short since most of my focus is elsewhere.
...There was something else I was going to say here, but now I cannot remember what.
Again my internet is acting up so while I'd normally post statistics I'd not be able to upload it. So now that this is done, I shall go compile statistics.
