So, I've got something legal going on and it's below the break. 
SO, I'm taking my ex to court to have her pay her portion of a large loan we'd taken out together.
Let me backtrack to mid-December.
I get everything filed, everything done and in... by myself, mind you. It's a lot of work to get it all, but I managed. I get the court date and she freaks out calling me a liar and that I can't be trusted. 
Well, today I get home and there's a certified letter in my door from UPS. I check it out and the Judge Judy show picked my case at random(?) to host on their show! If, and when because I'm awesome, they choose us to go, I get a free trip to LA with all expenses paid. I'll win the case because it's not baseless, and I've got megatons of proof of her saying she doesn't want to pay, won't, and 'can't'.
She challenged the bull, now she's getting trampled... and it's very effective.
Kudos on being selected to appear on Judge Judy (absolutely love her!). However the legal battle is not won yet. Still have to do a few more things before the court.
Good luck, Mocha. I hope the judge will rule in your favor and make sure your ex pays what you are due.
