It’s a yay. Turns out it’s just me and one supervisor left because everyone else quit, even the old gm. They cut back our hours sk much last semester it wasn’t worth staying on. But I agreed to stay for spring rush and now I might have a bargaining chip to make them give me as many hours as I want or I’ll be gone too and they’ll have to supplement with people from another store that can’t afford to lose people either. As for our old gm they said they “couldn’t afford a gm” so they wanted to dock her pay, so she left too.
