What’s going to happen, and why. · 4:49am Dec 31st, 2019
I know, the title doesn’t sound good, and it’s not. At least a couple of weeks ago, the school district I am currently at, and this will remain anonymous, had upgraded their filtering system to remove all sites related to: gaming, porn, activities that are not made for school, and a whole bunch of other stuff. And unfortunately, being the crazy site it is, and I mean it in a bad way, this site has been blocked for all school computers (which is where I do most of this). I bet most of you might say, “Pen, why don’t you use a VPN?” I can’t. This is because this new system has officially countered VPNs, banning anyone from the internet for 10 minutes. Not to mention that the system as also banned installing a VPN. In case you were wondering why I’ve been gone, that’s why. So, now that I have that summed up, let’s get to the effects:
- I will have to cancel The School for the Mindless
- Swirl Rebellion Arc will be on a hiatus, until I can make time
- I might have to abandon this site, all and all, if I don’t have time to do anything, and, with school and Scratch, that might have to be the case. I’m not saying this will happen, and it hurts me to say this, but I think I should mention the worst-case-scenario may, or may not, go into play.
I’m sorry I have put the end of this year on the wrong side of the road, but I thought everyone should know what’s happening. If you’re have similar problems like this in your school district, please create a blog with the tag ScrewTheSystem so I at least know that I’m not the only one going through this. Thank you all for staying and reading through this depressing news, and, yeah, cheers that 2020 will be a good year.

I can’t on school days. It all depends on if I have time on the weekend. I may continue, I may not. It all depends on life.
