... just imagine me yelling that at everyone while running through the website, Frank Capra style. Because obviously if I'd never taken up writing pony stories, then nobody would've shipped Flash Sentry and Carrot Top, and ... I dunno where I'm going with this.
But yeah! I did a Jinglemas collab! Written for Petrichord, who's responsible for organizing all of Jinglemas, so ... no pressure. I honestly think things might have been rigged in that respect, but on the other hand (hoof, whatever), Monochromatic (who is BEST AT PONIES, per Bronycon 2019) is also writing some Jinglemas stories so why would one bother with me in that respect?
Also Carabas wrote something that looks really neat that I should go read at some point.
Also also the JingleClop compilation went up first WHICH SHOWS WHERE THEIR PRIORITIES ARE. I am scandalized, friends.
Still, it was fun-- Discord and Fluttershy are both characters I haven't really focused on, so it was something of a fun change of pace. And hey I may have trotted out a couple of slightly hackneyed holiday jokes about desserts but that kind of shamelessness is my idiom, I dare say.
And heck, that's even my 50th story on FiMFiction. Go figure! Won't be my last. Probably.
Which reminds me, I need to get around to finishing We Deserve a Happy Ending at some point. It'll happen! Eventually! Patience, etc.
Trust me, rolling up random results for the list wasn't something I did this year. It was very much a welcome surprise, mind you! But it was a surprise nonetheless. :)
