As many of you know, I am a resident of Virginia. If you are not aware, the political situation is very tense here right now. The Governor is trying to pass some EXTREMELY unconstitutional laws and the counties are balking at it in a manner that is unheard of. The situation could explode into something none of us want, but the extremists seem determined to strip away our rights and the people will not stand for it. I may be forced to abandon FimFiction while this debacle plays itself out. Please make yourselves aware of the situation so you can understand exactly how volatile it truly is.
This is not any sort of 'call to arms' or anything even remotely like that. This is ONLY an announcement to make you, my dear readers, aware of what is going on.
I am following it as best as I can and prepping for it here in Washington (state) they are trying for the same thing.
The extremists always think they have the right to strip away the rights of others.

5174174 Roughly, yes. I just hope this does not explode into anything too severe. The Governor needs to step down. He has stated, 'There is no law we could pass that would be unconstitutional.' The arogance and self-importance is too extreme for him to be a good Governor. He has shown himself to be incapable of governing us properly and he needs to not be in power. If he has any sense he will step down.
