Brushed Away: The Hardback Series - Proofreaders and Support · 3:40pm Dec 9th, 2019
Hey, guys! I've been kinda busy with finishing up writing projects and revamping my Patreon, so I wasn't able to give nearly enough focus to this special project that's still underway. But since I'm able to better focus on side projects nowadays, I wanted to give some much-needed attention to my Ko-Fi funded goal: Turning my Brushed Away fanfic series into hardcover books.
My goal for this Ko-Fi is to raise the money necessary to try and find a viable publisher for the Brushed Away books. My current plan is to get the first Brushed Away story fully proofread and polished-over, before I have the entirety of the story converted to print. The goal is currently at $300, which I hope will be enough to pay for a test-printing of Brushed Away on hardback (with a commissioned cover page), and also for shipping & handling. As soon as I get the details of fic publication worked out, I'm hopeful that I can get the entire series printed for individual sale.
But before that can happen, I need proofreaders. I currently have one person looking through the first Brushed Away so far (and doing a kick-ass job BTW ;) ), but I would appreciate having multiple eyes on this series for more thorough editing and feedback. If anyone is interested in assisting me, feel free to PM me for further details.
❤️ I’ll be first in line to buy it!!!
Way ahead of you dojooreo. I'll be ahead of you and myself. Seriously I can't wait for your book.
So will you be revisiting Troy and Canvas? Like a trip to the gryphon lands or something like that?

I want to say that the series as a whole is finished as it is. However, I happen to have a big idea that I wanted to implement for Canvas after Part 3, which would involve the direction of his career. ;)

I concur.
Any updates on this project? I know a lot of crazy stuff has happened. Just wondering if this is still a thing.

I currently have Brushed Away fully reedited and converted to PDF forms. All I need to do is get it a little polished and sent to an independent publisher )and possibly get a cover page made as well)
