*1 am, a small cottage in Silver Shoals with two beds. Luna is woken up by the vibrating of a magic journal*
Luna: Sister, the journal is ringing
*Celestia rolls over and groans*
Celestia: Isn't it your turn?
Luna: I handled it last time
*Celestia turns on the light and floats the journal over*
Celestia: Twilight wants to know where we keep the territory maps of Western Equestria
Luna: ...Why?
Celestia: Some zoning law is being petitioned
Luna: The maps are in the third-floor, east wing library
*Celestia writes back, journal glows*
Celestia: She's looked there
Luna: Can it wait until morning?
Celestia: She said there's an angry mob
Luna: There's always an angry mob petitioning the crown for something.
Celestia: I'll tell her to check the second and fourth floor just in case and we'll settle it in the morning
*writes a response, sets the journal down on the table, and turns off the light*
Celestia: Are you sure we weren't too hasty in signing over all royal powers to her all at once?
Luna: I'm sure I'm too tired to care either way at the moment
*journal vibrates, Luna picks it up and throughs it out the window*
