New Story Idea? Update And More · 4:32pm Dec 6th, 2019
Ok, so, hi guys, long time no update. I've been busy moving for the past little while and I couldn't exactly write anything, so I'm sorry about that.
In other news, I've had what I have think is a brilliant story idea, and I'd love to know if you like it.
First, however, I want to thank all of you who've helped me in the past and stuck around while I was gone. I really appreciate it and words can't describe how grateful I am.
Now, on to the idea.
My Little Pony: Ragnarock.
Sounds like a cool name, right? (I hope...)
Okay, so what I was thinking was making this a fantasy war fic based in Equestria. It would have an RPG feel to it, as there will be bosses, battles, etc. (I'm not great with battles, so if anyone wants to write those scenes for me, I'd be happy to have some help. )
In short, Equestria has had some unease outside it's borders due to a highly mysterious army that has been steadily taking over the surrounding countries. Equestria knows it's next, however, when the Crystal Empire is attacked and destroyed.
In preparation, Pinkie Pie (And of course, fan favourite Mena) and the rest of the Mane 6 are called to Canterlot for a mission.
It seems a mysterious being named Memento Mori has contacted the Princesses and informed them of troubling news: This army appears to be lead by a being named Barathrum and his 5 Generals. The Mane 6 (And don't worry, Mena is gonna bring some other friends along) and their allies form a plan to take down each General, and at last, Barathrum himself. It won't be easy, however... Something seems strange, and the Mane 6 are about to find out what.
So, what do you guys think? Would you like to see something like that? Comment below your answer.
Anyways, other than that, yes, I will be continuing Genesis at some point, but as I said, I did just move, so I couldn't for a while. Hopefully you understand.
So, that's about it. Thanks again for sticking around and I look forward to continue writing for you.
I think its a good idea..... just saying
It certainly has potential. One thing I'm curious about is the name: does it stem from the norse Ragnarök? Will there be any tie-ins to actual norse mythology, or did you just think it sounded cool?

Correct, the name does come from Norse Ragnarok (Which I misspelled ). It's mainly because this is supposed to be a partially armageddon-like story, involving the Void, Hell, etc, but I might slip a few references in if I can.

With that cleared up, the story honestly sounds more intriguing I hope it tuns out well!
I like the sound of this.
