Chronology Correction in Chapter 13

Hi there!

Just a heads up for those of you who are caught up with Chapter 13, I realized that I made a mistake by publishing the e-mail between Rainbow and Spitfire regarding Stable-Tec. At this point in the backstory, Stable-Tec shouldn't exist yet. I went back and edited that section of the chapter to better reflect the events of that slice of time. Feel free to head back and give it a read so you're not completely lost! The edits are contained within the first e-mail and the first paragraph following. Beyond that, the chapter is unchanged and shouldn't require a refresher. I'll be scouring the previous chapters for any mention of Stable-Tec in the backstory so everything meshes the way I need it to. :)
