Obligatory Signal Boost: Robbing a Trampoline Store · 4:52am Nov 27th, 2019

As y’all probably know, ROBCakeran53 and I hang out a bunch, and as y’all likely also know, SuperTrampoline and I have collabed on a couple of shipfics. Some of y’all (especially Bad Horse) also know that sometimes I’ll fold like a cheap suit when called out on Fimfiction, especially if told not to do something.

Don’t get any ideas; I’m older and wiser now.

From the show, I presume

And thus it was.

But since these ponies were using their earth pony growing powers to grow pots of pot on Earth, Admiral Biscuit is now required by law to blog about this story.

I don’t think this actually fulfills the rules of the contest; I believe I said something about Slice of Life, either directly or indirectly, and IMHO this very much is not. But, of course, dear reader, you’re more than welcome to form your own opinion; as such, I’ll include the link just below to fulfill my legal obligation.

If you do want to check out something slice-of-lifey from ROBCakeran53, you’d do well to consider The Whittler. Sadly incomplete, but hey, maybe next time ROB and I get together we can all yell at each other for not finishing stories. That’ll be fun.

As for SuperTrampoline . . . well, as I recall Are We Not All Trash Doves, Eating From the Garbage Can of Life? is pretty slice-of-lifey and kinda profound. Also--again going from my faulty memory--Anytime was good, deep, and probably has the shortest title of any of his fics.

Now on to other news, sneakily put here at the end.

I’ll be heading off to see my family for Thanksgiving, so expect nothing but crickets until the first part of December . . . all of those updates I vaguely promised won’t come, I’m afraid. I might blog about that in early December or I might not; maybe I won’t get around to it until January or February. The short version is work came upon me with a baseball bat in one hand and a tire iron in the other and I worked thirteen hours today and honestly tomorrow doesn’t look any better.

kinda profound.

That’s going as a quote in the story description. Thanks for the shoutout and the cute glim glam! Best of luck with work!

Have a good trip!

5160938 You're lucky. I'm not profound, I'm more antifound.
