Hello MetaVerse fans!
As we were recently startled by COPPA and its wider implications starting at the 1st of the year when it encompasses all websites, we have taken EquestrianCity.Com offline.
At the advice of our webmasters we will remain offline until we can afford a lawyer as the FCC guidelines recommend to scan each and every item constantly. As they do not typically come cheap, this may be a dealbreaker.
At this time we hope to return as quickly as possible but we simply cannot risk 42k in fines a violation if we aren't careful with how we present ourselves.
In relation our youtube channel will now go dark as we begin to reupload all videos with disclaimers watermarked on them.
