Hello everyone! Wow, what a pleasant surprise this has turned out to be.
I just wanted to say thank you to all the people that gave Vapor Trail's Special Tea a read. It really seems like quite a lot of you enjoyed it. It even made the feature box for about two days, which is amazing! I never expected that to happen, especially since since the ponies in question haven't had their episode since Season 6. That's more than 3 years ago!
Speaking of 3 years ago... this was the first story I've written that has gotten featured since 2016. It feels good, man. It feels really good, but even more importantly, until this year, I hadn't posted anything at all to this site since 2016. Tell Me Why was the first story and the spiritual prequel to Special Tea, and I somehow managed to upload both of them this year!
This past year of my life has been a fucking nightmare. I won't go into details here, but I was beginning to wonder if I would literally ever write anything for this site again. Just the fact that I was able to write anything is an achievement for me by itself, but to then have it featured, too? Amazing. I don't think this was the best work I've posted on here, but I think overall, it ended up turning out pretty well.
Thanks, everyone. I'm glad you liked it. I'm already currently starting work on a new story idea, but it is slow going so far since I'm still rusty at writing, but... I think I'm back.

Glad to be back. My brain still isn't 100% whatsoever, but I'm trying. Still stagnant on what I want to do next, but I have a couple of ideas. I don't know when I'll be able to return to some of my older stories in need of continuation, like Hoof Covers Bruise, but hopefully it will come in time.
My best idea right now is a oneshot starring Sunburst and Starlight. It'll be a story that's very, um, #relatable for me right now. Hardest part is finding out where and how to start. But hey, I have an idea, so that's something to work off of.
