Specifically, the name of the thestral being interviewed by Garbanzo and Lima Bean. The story egregiously listed her name as Short Shift.
Her name is Night Shift.
So a question for those of you who are interested in a rewrite of The Black Sheep.
When I do finally get around to doing that, would you like to see: A: the same cast and mostly the same setup, but written better, or B: the same premise but with Shining Armor taking command of the group, with the Black Sheep scenario being a way to test a potential lieutenant?

I don't think a rewrite is needed. They are young guards, watchin them grow in confidence and ability would a good read. Perhaps with Shiny or Celestia using them to test security in other areas, Cloudsdale, the Royal Mint or other areas of that type.

I think the story does not need a rewrite. It would be fun to see a sequel in which Shinning Armor's squad got the assignment.
