It does have a good, active admin, HapHazred. And it is run by Verbose, who is on-site something like every two weeks, and also has ArtickFox, who is on site every 6 months or so.
Unfortunately, Hap has to sleep occasionally...

It;s slow. Main trouble is that I'm not really sure I want to run more groups then I already am unless they are small.
Though, as fate would have it, I became the main active admin of an old art group not that long ago.
Still working on remodeling before I advertise it...
