So, no real work done on anything creative right now, my dudes. Still working through my shit. Getting a lot of therapy, but unfortunately the "greater situation" I'm dealing with is both existential, ongoing, and an annoyingly hot topic right now, so it's an uphill battle.
Huh. I wonder if anybody still checks this page. I've been pretty dead on this site for a while now.

So, another year has gone by and I'm afraid, once again, I have little to show for it.
Hello, everybody. Long time no... well... anything really.
It's been exactly one year since I've given anybody here any blog whatsoever, and that was just a quick Christmas gag. It's been even longer since I've actually given anybody any updates on any of my stories or what's going on in my life.

The side stories are non-canon to the main story.
(or, more accurately, take place in alternate universes)
No more MLP protagonists are being added to the main storyline.
The problem is that the general lore/magic system/universal mechanics are the same between the side stories and the main story... This is stuff that AJ doesn't know yet, but it's super relevant to her situation and why things are happening to her the way they are.
...and one of the side stories touches on those mechanics rather heavily. Also it name drops somebody that AJ won't meet until significantly later.

I am really glad to see you write something for this universe! Since it got you writing, I don't what it to kill your inspiration if you don't post them. But at the same time, if you feel it could spoil the main story line, maybe you should hold on unto the most spoilery ones until the main story reveal those points. But if you do publish them, make sure to put various SPOILER warning.

If it's what I think is, I've often imagined how the chapters posted so far would go with a different member of the Mane 6 in AJ's place. Especially Twilight! I would love to see that!
