So I finally saw the MLP finale. And I'm even done crying for the moment! I'm just... Well, right now I'm processing. One of the first things on my mind was how it will affect what I'm doing. I'm in about as many pieces as there are books in Twilight's library about the show ending, but I know that we fans will keep it going.
As will I.
Once again I can confirm that this season, "One Bolt, Spreading Harmony", will be going on pretty much the same. No real alterations there. That "season 4" I talked about before, though? Well, I can't seem to come up with an overarching plot relevant to Bolt that can run alongside season 9. So that's being turned into a side story. There are things in that season that I must needs address, like Scootaloo, where Bolt might be during various situations, and what the changes there mean for my side of things. It's not going to be required reading, but it will be suggested.
As for things moving even further beyond that, I can say this. While I will have to rework some things that weren't as of yet set in stone, I can work with everything that finale threw at me for the future. Especially considering just how much I got right! Things are going to be interesting, and I'll have to watch the series a bunch more to keep my knowledge and references fresh, along with helping me to come up with new stuff.
I'm not done.
