You know..alot of questions been going through my mind after watching MLP The Last Problem.
Like do you think Twilight and her friends have children of there own?
Are Sandbar and Yona a couple since it showed them older and living together?
Where are Princess Celestia and Luna?
Where are Shining Armor and Cadence since a full grown Flurry Heart is in charge of the Crystal Empire?
Where are the Pillars?
Did Starswirl died by age like Granny Smith and the rest of the Golden Horseshoe Gals?
Are Fluttershy and Discord married now?
Are there a younger generation of the Cutie Mark Crusaders since Scootaloo Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom are adults?
Could Scootaloo fly now?
And most importantly, did 20 years go by in the Equestria Girls world too, if so did the Main 7 find love and have familys of their own?
Are Twilight and Sunset married to Timber Spruce and Flash Sentry?
This question have nothing to do with the ones above.
Are there What If's human stories of adult Spike settling down and have a family with each of the Main 6, or Sunset, or Sweetie Belle, or Scootaloo, or Apple Bloom ect

mmm I'm not sure about Fluttershy been married to discord because althought they interact I don't see any pinch of love between them and also if they would be married I don't know the necesity to hide or not show their kid
1. Pinkie is the only one confirmed to have had a foal.
2. Probably.
3. In retirement (not well-earned, in my opinion).
4. Possibly in retirement too.
5. Most of the Pillars are probably still alive.
6. Granny Smith and her friends are probably deceased.
7. It's implied they are.
8. Possibly.
9. Maybe. We only see her on the ground in the episode.
10 and 11. EqG isn't over officially. The only thing confirmed is that DHX is no longer animating it.

I can't believe it took me this long to notice this blog, but maybe you should do a "what happened" story to answer your own questions. It'd be interesting to see your take on what happened during the 20 year timeskip.
VERY good questions:
1. Pinkie has been confirmed to be married to Cheese Sandwich and have at least one child (Li`l Cheese). It's (VERY subtly) implied with Fluttershy and Discord that THEY are at least together in SOME manner (no implied children though). Applejack and Rainbow are basically roommates AT MINIMUM (basically the viewers' choice if they're TOGETHER or if they have husbands and children). No hints one way or the other concerning Twilight, Rarity or Spike (though the viewers can decide for themselves if they want those three to have relationships and with whom).
2. Most likely.
3. They're in retirement (though the viewer can make their own choices about what they are doing IN retirement)
4. Shining Armor is probably in semi-retirement (though still helping out with security to keep himself busy), with Cadance most likely co-ruling the Crystal Empire with Flurry Heart until Flurry is experienced enough to handle the Empire solo.
5. All the Pillars except for Starswirl are very likely still alive, though what they are doing is entirely up to the viewer.
6. Yeah, Starswirl's very likely dead due to old age (to paraphrase something Yoda said in "Return of the Jedi", Starswirl's magic is strong, but not THAT strong)
7. As aforementioned, it is implied that they are.
8. Well, possibly. Though probably more focused on helping out bullying victims by giving them a wide range of activities to build them up physically and mentally.
9. Maybe (and I REALLY hope she CAN). That is entirely up to the viewer.
10. A PARTICULARLY good question. I mean. It is quite possible that those same twenty years have passed in the human world. Of course, if it has, then Dog Spike is probably dead by now (unless the same magical exposure that gave him the ability to talk ALSO gave him OTHER dragon-like abilities [such as super-strength {but not at Applejack's level}, super-durability, flame breath, flight and increased longevity] that gradually developed over the years).
As for relationships, that would be up to the viewers. I mean, Human Pinkie probably got together with the human world's Cheese Sandwich and Sunset (most likely Principal of Canterlot High [and probably developed her telepathy to the levels of being able to read minds without touching {like in "Overpowered", but with much more control over it now} as well as control machines and generate illusions and MIGHT HAVE developed pyrokinesis and empathic power mimicry [i.e. can duplicate the abilities of any of the other geode wielders as long as it done with that wielder's full knowledge and permission]) and Flash most likely got back together, but the others are literally anybody's guess.
11. As I said, it is extremely likely that Sunset and Flash got back together, but Sci-Twi and Timber probably broke up after a while (who she ended up with instead, though, is up to the viewer).

11. I can certainly respect that belief. Admittedly, my thoughts about Sunset being the new Principal of Canterlot High were largely based on the thoughts that the human world is where Sunset actually started changing for the better and really started making her own niche so to speak. Plus, she has too many friends in the human world to just leave them behind. Whereas the only friends she has in Equestria are Pony Twilight and Starlight.

If it turns out EQG Spike died, that would make the dumb "make Spike a dog" thing even more worse.
And more cruel irony, given how Equestrian Spike would most likely live for a LONG time(if not forever) while his human-world counterpart.. most likely outlived by everyone there literally.
