As one book closes another one opens

Nine years ago, the show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic was created and began to affect each one of us. No one knew how this show would have an impact on people, the media, and everything; however, it's made this far into the future and has touched each of our hearts. Friendship is Magic had grown into a phenomenon none of us could've ever imagined way back then. Even if there were some predictable lessons, they were still lessons we learned in real life. At first, I didn't think this show was going to be a big thing after I watched the first episode but I was completely wrong. Friendship is Magic really touched my heart after watching the very first episode and it just wanted me to continue the story. The series started with a book opening, signifying that this was a beginning of a long story, meaning that at some point this story was going to end with the book finally closing. I'm sure we can all agree that there isn't anyone who hasn't been changed, touched, or saved by this show. Even though this generation of MLP has reached its final curtain call, we shouldn't be seeing this as the ending of an era but as years of a performance that will always be remembered. We've done so much to support it in our own ways from organizing groups, fan projects, and artworks. Whatever the future holds for this franchise, let us always remember how much this series meant to us, and those who will eventually discover it on their own now. And even with the creation of the next generation of MLP coming closer and closer with each day, we shall never get what Friendship is Magic has done for those who have chosen to watch it and know that there will never be any other show like it. At the end of the day, we’ve all learned Friendship is Magic

So let our Friendship be the New Magic that guides the way to a brighter future. Just like theirs did.

This is an absolutely wonderful memorial of MLP
And I love how the MLP staff now say: Friendship is Forever, cause it is! no matter what happens, we will always be united as a community.
For this I say bravo
