Now that I know how the show ends, my headcanons have been updated. Mild spoilers
Ember x Thorax
My headcanon for them remains the same.
Rainbow Dash x Quibble Pants
My headcanon is a bit complicated, but basically, Clear Sky and Quibble had some issues that ended badly, and while both of them felt guilty, they felt like they couldn't fix it. Wind Sprint felt torn about the break up, but she couldn't hate either her mother or Quibble for it. She was, however, very angry about it. Wind Sprint's anger toward the two alerted the cutie map and called Rainbow to the situation. Rainbow automatically assumed that she needed to bring Sky and Quibble back together, but her attempts made the situation worse, and she only found herself falling for the stallion. I'd like to write about the story some time, but I have a lot to write in the meantime.
Applejack x Flim

Starlight Glimmer x Sunburst
Since Sunburst has moved to Ponyville, the situation's different now. Idk, what to do with them rn. I'll come up with something.
Radiant Hope x Sombra
Since the show is different from the comics, Radiant's story is more tragic. But, I do not think Sombra's fully dead.
Pinkie Pie x Cheese Sandwich
Okay, so I'm happy with the show for these two, but I don't really consider the last episode a part of my fanon, so their story is more complex to me. Lil' Cheese is a part of my fanon, but her age doesn't quite match the show
Twilight Sparkle x Star Tracker
I haven't really changed my headcanon for them, but since Twilight's become the leader of Equestria, and therefore lives in the Canterlot Castle, he would be moving there with her in the marriage.
Fluttershy x Pharynx
Yeah, um, I don't ship fluttercord ... like at all ... Nothing's changed from last time when it comes to pharynxshy.
Gabby x Spike
HAHAHAHAHA ITS CANON ADMIT IT. *ahem* Yeah, I totally called it. Sparity doesn't happen. Instead, my sparity kiddos are now just Spike and Gabby's kids. Don't worry. Rarity has a stallion.

The new episode was fuel for these two. Yeah, idk their story yet, but these two are a part of my fanon.
