Well "Five Score by Four" is the name of the 'verse/genre/archetype, so I voted for 4,5,7,8.

2 I feels like a match with the tone of the story in a way. A feeling of adventure trapped in mystery, identity exploration, suspense and desperation primarily.

4 though has a pretty good striking power to it and in a way seems perhaps more discordant being slightly twisty and transitioning from alphabetic to numeral.

I voted 2 but wife votes 4 I agree with both being good in different ways. But 4 does intrigue from a distance perhaps more.

After typing all of that out, I'm 99.9% sure I'm right.

(4) looks most appropriate. You can't exclude 'score' because there is a numerical difference between 'five' and 'five score'. Although it may read oddly with the division symbol being diagonal, (4) conveys the title concisely without reducing it entirely to numerals. Comparatively, the logos written out are boring and plain. The numeral in (4) mixes things up.
I wish there was a variant with the Roman numeral five, above the word score, divided diagonally by Arabic numeral four.
