For my Sound Design class this semester, one of our earliest assignments was to pick any monologue we wanted and record it in the sound booth. My choice was the Joker's eulogy from the Batman: The Animated Series episode "The Man Who Killed Batman".
Looking back, I might have been a little bit too enthusiastic at the beginning, but what can I say? I was having a blast in there. 
Also, voice reveal. Sort of.
That was good. I was surprised by how you were able to get all those words right, when the lines were going fast as The Joker got more angry.
"Well that was fun! Who's for Chinese?!" Oh gosh! That was funny! Great job.
Perfection. All that's missing is the cries of Harley Quinn. The casual voices you totally nailed. Work on your more furious parts a bit more, though.

Yeah, my throat started getting really strained in those parts. I practically lost my voice from doing all those takes. :)
You did pretty well!
