so, when I finished To Be a Breezie, I told you all that I had to make up my mind on how I would go on and specifically, if there would be a sequel. I said I would tell you "soon".
that was last week, the end of my stretchy definition of that word. So, I have made up my mind.
Yes, there will be a sequel. it is called "Sweet as Honeydew" and will focus on Honeydew getting to know the Pony world and meeting the Mane 6 and a select few other characters. Unlike the story before, this one does not have an overarching plot and it essentially a series of chronological slice-of-life one-shots. The first chapter is already written.
Now, to set your expectations: Since I will now (for the first time ever) be working on two projects at the same time, I do not have an upload shedule. the chapters go up when they're done (rather, on the weekend following me completing them). Second, I consider the sequel the less important one of my two projects, adding to me being unable to promise a shedule. third, I also have no standard of chapter length (TBaB was 2k min, with only one exception due to chapter-splitting, prologue and epilogue do not count).
What is the other project? I am currently researching classic rome so i can set a novel at about 200 AC, of a slave trying to escape from rome. It is not really plannned out yet, I got a bunch of characters, but I need to understand rome better to make a coherent plot out of it.
What about Kalypso? Kalypso's story is told. She will not make another appearance and I will not write another story with her, unless it is a silly one-shot or I decide to try my hand at a clop-fic after all. If you are not satisfied with what I have revealed about her in the story, you may send me questions about her in a PM (or about anything else in the story for that matter). just dont expect a clear answer. the mystery is what makes her fun.
By the way, if any of you want to include one of my characters, the breezie world or anything else from my story in a fanfic or artwork of your own, you are free to and I would feel quite flattered by it. (Even if it is a clop-fic*hint hint nudge nudge*)
Thank you all dearly for all this attention you have heaped upon the story and your plentiful comments. It meant alot to me to get featured, and your comments really helped me gain the audacity to try and write something publisheable. I would hug you guys, but that would be hard with all 1695 of you. not to mention creepy

I'd still like a silly knee shot where they meet her again - likely after coming back to the Breezie world and being recognized for what they are - and get to talk about what she did and she gets to troll them in some epic way, probably with a "prophecy" tailored to embarrass the heck out of Twilight since I think Kalypso knew about her immortality...

But i agree it'd not be the best sequel to do. Silly things are funny and silly, after all, but this one will be heartfelt and sweet (pun intended
