-For Twilight, I'd probably go to a museum or something scholarly.
Applejack seems like he'd appreciate a nice relaxed conversation filled day, ending with a trip to the liquor cabinet.
Ranbow Dash would probably enjoy going to some sports game or another. So I'd probably go to a Buck ball game.
For Fluttershy I'd probably volunteer at the animal sanctuary,
For Pinkie pie. I'd probably just bake with her and try to avoid getting diabetes.
And finally Starlight, I'd probably help her set up a show with Trixie or get her to play D&D with Spike.

-Rainbow Falls or the Crystal Empire is pretty cool. Honestly, I'd probably travel around for a bit. Going to a new town every other week after work.

-Oooo, that's a good one. Hmm, personally, I'd love to learn more about the time between Equestrian unification, and the start of the diarchy.

-Pegasus, cause flying in the best. And having warm fluffy wings to snuggle your partner with, is also a plus.

-I like the idea of having a phoenix like Philomena. That way if you have a kid/adopt you really don't have to worry about your pet dying. Cause bam! Phoenix's come back! It's a good generational pet.

-Pinkie cause she doesn't understand the meaning of a quite, small party.

-Applejack, she can hold her liquor better than Rainbow can by a long shot.

-Applejack, cause she's honest and practical. And because she really gets ignored for the most part by the group as a whole, and I sympathize with that.

-I'd probably try to build planes in all honesty.
