Dear Diary,
Tonight is the Grand Galloping Gala. Not sure how, but there were some tickets for us in the mail the other day! While I don’t know for sure where they came from, I can only assume a certain Lord Reagent had something to do with it!
Ruby isn’t too happy about where these tickets came from. But she says she’ll come if only to keep an eye on me. It looks like she’s still mad at Lord Arc. I told her she’s going to have to get over that, as I’m planning on asking him to dinner! She was none too pleased to hear that!
I understand her position, but… if what I’ve heard about him is true, then I was one very lucky mare to have turned his head. He’s been very kind and patient with me ever since the accident. I… I want to give him a chance! See if we can… reconnect, I guess. Who knows… maybe a pony and a human really CAN be happy together!
Ruby’s probably going to try and talk me out of this all evening. But I’ll write his response to my invitation when I get home! Here’s to hoping for a nice evening!
