Okay, so MLP is ending. I'm cool with this. Sadly, quite a few of the fanbase isn't but... what can you do eh?
But in all seriousness, you did what you set out to do, you wrote a good show. That's all we ever asked of you, sure there have been a few missteps along the way, what show hasn't had that? But you did what you set out to do, and went above and beyond actually. You turned MLP into more than just a girl's show in the eyes of the public, and you actually went on for nine seasons and over 200 episodes actually eclipsing Transformers G1 in terms of episode count.
You gave us the most wonderful characters, and yes I'm sad the show's ending. We all are. But everything has it's time, everything has to end. And from what I'm seeing, you guys intend to go out with quite the bang. Mourn yes, but be happy the show lasted as long as it did, and gave us so many wonderful characters. Fluttershy, who taught us to be kind. Twilight, who spoke to the nerd in all of us. Pinkie, who taught us to laugh a little at life. And then there the others, who we breathed life into in our fanworks like Octavia and Doctor Whooves. And, yes, of course, Derpy herself.
Everything ends and it's always sad, but everything begins again, too. And that's always happy. Be happy. So, thank you. Thank you. And I for one? I can't wait to see what comes next.
