Basically yes,but also it grants them insight into future and true nature of things, you just have to find it in the swirling mess of insanity.What makes them really dangerous is that they can generously share their insanity with others.
But really i dont think this look fits her, it just screams crazy and not in a fun way.I thought she was more normal looking, with cheerful violence bubbling just below the surface.

I added one version to the cover "art" already, it's supposed to be sort of a mix between Comfort/old One's sultry expression from the old covers(failing in the attempt), and her own look. Hell, when the lings start paying for themselves, they can get a proper likeness in cover art.
