New Story! And Bronycon!! · 11:59pm Aug 5th, 2019
Hey everyone!
You've probably already noticed, but I posted a new story this afternoon! Details below.
The story is called "Sylvia," and is actually an old idea that I've talked about in interviews before. Basically: EqG Rainbow Dash buys a van, but it turns out to be a broken-down wreck. She gets help from an unlikely place. It's a short little fic, with some good Flutterdash friendshipping, and perhaps even a little hurt/comfort (in the broadest possible terms). Now: if you've been following me closely, you've probably already seen my angsty blog post from this past weekend. If you didn't, well...
Bronycon was fun, but I was in a wierd mood most of the weekend. I think that part of it was the lack of sleep / poor diet, and part of it was the fact that it was my first really big con, and part of it was the atmosphere of the place: half-celebration, half-funeral.
I felt a lot better after making that post, then going to another panel. I'm okay now, and actually a little less freaked out about the looming demise of Pony. Ask me again in a few weeks, though... 
The highlight of the weekend was the fans, though. I met several people that have read my stories and enjoyed them a lot. If that was you, thanks so much! It really meant a lot to me to see how many people really like my work. I hope I continue to make you happy in the future!
Also, some more exciting news: expect the sequel to "Celestia XVII" within the next month or so! I'm now in the editing process, which I'm hoping will go a little more smoothly than the writing. I'll keep you all posted!
