Another year another galacon!

So last weekend I was at galacon again, met some new people and saw some good and some bad panels, also the charity auction was a thing for its own! Just saying, they auction off the hat of the auctioneer as kind of tradition every year, kind of a running gag, but this year they collected ca 7000€ just with it And 20k € total for animal protection. It was crazy but awesome at the same time.

Also I played in 'Trixie wants you' again with my best friend this time, the thing is, he kicked me out in the second round, but he got a MLP quiz in the third round, which he couldn't solve since he isn't a brony Gave me and some people a good laugh to see how he stood on the stage and couldn't solve anything

Furthermore I met some nice people, Magna Luna the artist for example, Milling, from Fimfiction and also Obsi from Fimfiction, that was actually a highlight since he identefied me by my badge! I am famous now! Well he approached me and asked me if I am Azure Drache, the Azure Drache from Fimfiction, when I said yes he told me for me his dream got true, someone identefies you! I mean I didn't thought about that before, but it felt indeed nice Anyway, we talked for half an hour and about my review work (I run the group My Little Reviews & Feedback) and how he could improve his story. Was a nice chat.

What is worth mentioning too is the games and side stuff they came up with this year, like the QR code hunt all over the venue, 70 codes was to find in all kind of hiding places, that was fun! And of course there was Karaoke, card games, some people brought their switch and beamers along, a lot of fun. And the Party at saturday evening was great again, it was far to hot for a suit in my opinion so I didn't go to the gala, but people was allowed to listen to the music from a little bit distance away, it was nice and in the disco, the Dj's were fit too and made some good beats to dance too to. A nice evening if you ask me.
