Half way and Murphy wants to kill my editors · 10:35am Jul 27th, 2019
So the Chapter has been 50% gone over by my grammar editor, But their AC has died yet again.
At this point I'm going to ask do you guys want me to upload the chapter as is and change it out once my grammar editor is no longer a puddle on the floor? If you guys are ok with this I will try to upload it before I go to work.
This is the last chapter my grammar editor will be working on and after this; unless Holyme contacts me, I'm going to consider his personal life has shut him down and that I no longer have editors.
This will bring to two options, either I try to self edit every chapter from now on, or hope that I can find at least 1 new editor.
Feedback is appreciated.
I hope to see a new chapter soon.
If you have consideration about quality. I think maybe, you have the chances to see the standard for yourself edit and then know how continue in the novel
This is a tough call. My personal bias (i.e., wanting to see a new chapter) says, "put the chapter up, and edit it as people comment." But, there may be other issues at play, for example:
1. Is there a big deal with drama (internal and external) on this site if one puts up a rough draft and does significant edits?
2. Are the issues to be checked grammar and finding text that is unclear for an outside reader for correction/clarification, or does it involve larger overall changes, such as story structure and direction? The former may be more amendable to taking feedback from comments, the latter could introduce complications (e.g., you may have to reveal a story direction that you'd prefer to keep secret).
I'm late, and I don't know what really goes into editing, but I can promise to point out any errors I notice if you would like!

That is always a plus and minus. Readers pointing stuff out is always helpful. But your right, I can't reveal my plans.
I hope i see you soon.
It's hard to formulate this without being ambiguous
