Since it seems unlikely that they'll ever wend their way back there, did the rest of the "evil" human world manage to right itself after Taraska blew itself to Equestria and took the Og Nag with it?

Cartridge was the city responsible for the Og Nag. It's unknown to the characters if Cartridge was bent on total domination, or if they lost control of the Og Nag. Given how the Og Nag are produced, it's theoretical that either Cartridge learned from their mistakes (assuming they're still around) or they were wiped out by the Dracur as planned. However the amount of Og Nag on Nova never got even remotely as high as it did in Equestria. I'm afraid anything further would be spoilers haha!
