This is my horsebook. There are many others like it, but this one is mine.
Seriously, though. Look at that cover. It’s gorgeous. Please, if you could, go leave Ventious a kind word over here. She doesn’t get nearly enough recognition for her work.
But yes, as the title says, I’ve completely remastered my story Into the Dark from the ground up as part of my contribution to the Bronycon Bookstore this year! Within, you’ll find the same story you know and love, but with vastly improved narrative flow, descriptions, and word choice—all the good stuff I’ve learned since first starting this story almost four years ago.
This is the culmination of almost two months of blood, sweat, and tears. I hope you love it as much as I do.
I’m opening up pre-orders as well—both to those attending Bronycon and those looking to get one in the mail. There is both a paperback version (shown above) and a dust-jacketed hardback version. If you want one, drop me either a PM or comment below on how many of either version you want and indicate whether or not you’ll be at Bronycon so I know how many to front-end. I will have pictures of the actual physical copies in a few days, and I’ll post another blog then as well.
Those of you who are either unable to afford said horsebook or that are on the fence about it will find that I’ve updated the entire story on FimFiction as well. Give it a read there if you like, and let me know what you think (or if I missed any silly formatting errors transferring this back to FimFic. <3)
