Not really. Actually I was working. Work has been very, very busy lately and very, very stressful. Plus, I'm actually successfully getting a garden to work this year, for the first time in I can't remember how long, but up through June was planting season, so pretty much all my free time has been going to that. I haven't had a chance to write a goddamn thing in weeks.
On the topic of writing, I have been commissioned to write a thing, and that is the thing I have been working on. You'll see it soon. Don't worry, you'll probably like it.
Once I am done writing the thing that I am writing, or at least the first chapter of it, I am going to get back to Not the Hero because it's July and that means it's been a year since I last updated it. :-( I have taken the next few days off for a staycation, in which I intend to finish up the last of my planting, get my house clean, and write some shit. I have a one-shot in the queue that was waiting on the Celestia and Luna episode, and now that it's out, I can write that one, but I'm gonna try to get a chapter of Not the Hero out first.

I reread Not the Hero from the beginning again just this week, so the timing of this update has me very excited as the story's fresh in my mind. I still love it to bits, I'm thrilled that more is on its way. Best of luck, and enjoy your time off work!
