5084556 Well, normally it would be a single "base" video, with a "Choose your own ending" option to click one of the three endings. The vids on EqD have the base part smooshed onto all three endings.

5084561 Well, there's a pile of links on MLP official youtube for the pre-special stuff. The special is called Sunset's Backstage Pass, but I think that's only on Dailymotion (could find a link on Equestria Daily).
I won't sugarcoat it, they compacted what should have been a 2h video down to 1h of plot, and it suffers for it.
