    Some Whisper and Starlight arts.

I entirely forgot to post these up, but Alienz_Tea over on Reddit made some beautiful pictures of Whisper and Starlight that I wanted to share!

First up is Starlight, looking all perky and ready to go! And of course she has to have her Lancer, which Alienz_Tea gave a unique and very detailed take of!

    Non-pony writing and titles

So I haven't done any new pony-words in a while, but I've still been writing. In fact, I've got a story that I'm hoping to get professionally published. Probably still a while away, even if things were to go miraculously smoothly, but it's a possibility that I'm really psyched about. There's just one problem:

I'm not sure what to title it.

    The Chrysalis translation (Spanish)

So there's another translation of The Chrysalis in the works! Bloo-D00 has started the impressive task of translating the story to Spanish on their DeviantArt account ( https://www.deviantart.com/bloo-d00/gallery/all ). They've already got the first 18 chapters out, which is some impressive work!

    The Chrysalis translation (Russian)

The Fallout: Equestria fandom seems to have a sizable Russian-speaking population, so MrBrightsideTF2 has started the impressive task of translating my story into the Russian language! I've got to admit, I'm rather flattered that someone would go through that sort of effort for my story!

    No more books.

Well, it was a good run. Lulu just sent out a message stating that they will not allow fanfiction, in any form, to be sold through their site, even privately, and that they're shutting down my account there. As of now, every book is offline.

Print project: A New Way · 10:11pm Jul 3rd, 2019

I had to complete the series, after all

Reading through these stories to edit them, it's kind of amusing to see the progression in technical skill. In terms of grammar, sentence structure, etc, A New Way is definitely well ahead of where I was when I wrote Fragments (Possibly helped by all the extra editing time; Fragments was written and published in just over a month!). At the same time, I probably learned even more from A New Way. I think it's fair to say that I made mistakes, which I then had to scramble to patch up. I do still like the story, and there are a few parts I'm particularly happy with, such as Cara looking to Fluttershy as a symbol of bravery, or Chittri's conversation with Twilight about her fellow princesses. But at the same time, I don't feel that it's as strong as Without a Hive. Decent, but I could do better.

Poor Chrysalis got relegated to the back cover. :rainbowlaugh:

But there were a lot of characters, and we couldn't have them all crowding the front cover. Sky and Nictis were obvious, and I felt Cara and Chirrup had earned a place, as much as Cara would probably rather be hidden on an inner flap or the like. :twilightsheepish:

As usual, my photography skills aren't the greatest. I absolutely love all of the covers viwrastupr made for these books. Seriously, if you're looking to commission some art, I'd happily recommend them:

And yeah, had to sneak Skiris and Trip in there, even if they're on the inner flap.

It's just so cool seeing all of these stories in physical form.

Fragments looks so tiny in comparison. The title barely fits on the spine. :rainbowlaugh:

Just in case anyone missed it: Without a Hive will be at the Golden Oaks Bookstore (Formerly BronyCon Bookstore), and after BronyCon, I'll be making all of these available online (And sold at-cost) for anyone who's interested. It's not too far off, now!

To finish off, I'd like to thank Nytus for the encouragement to actually go for this, viwrastupr for the amazing cover art, Mekhazzio for all his help with editing and bouncing ideas off of, and everyone who read and gave feedback on these stories. Thank you all.

Well, those look very fancy, I definitely want to get a set of them when they're available online.

Since my chances at making to Bronycon are dwindling, I'm absolutely grateful that these will be available online afterwards. I'll most certainly be getting this trilogy.

As all three are in my favourites, I would also like to get put on the list of those who would order online. Please.

Another super pretty one there!

I'm hoping there's some left over after Bronycon to buy. I won't be able to make it sadly. Is there any estimate on the cost?

See, Phoenix? And you were concerned there wouldn't be enough interest for a physical print. I still bet there won't be enough copies for BronyCon.

I, of course, will be ordering a copy of each.

It should be somewhere around $20 for Fragments and $25 for Without a Hive or A New Way, but I couldn't say for sure just yet. I need to look into some things first :twilightsheepish:

Definitely gonna try and pick up online!

I want these so baddd

That's not to bad. I should be able to get one, or maybe all.

! I need! You'll be making all 3 available online?

Oh I will be buying those at BC for sure
