Human. Still human. ["with sentences [...] reads like they were written by a drunk, stoned, and autistic disorganized schizophrenic", as one said]

Ponies and anarchism?! · 3:01am Jun 8th, 2019

well, I was reluctant to put this link here, because I dislike some anti-Marx sentiment at end of it (lets not ignore what Marx discovered, and even probably more importantly _why_ he discovered it ... while realizing a lot of history happened since 1870 ...) but starting passage actually good/important enough:

http://themisescircle.org/blog/2013/03/24/the-glorious-triumph-of-anarchy-in-my-little-pony-friendship-is-magic/

My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic should actually be called Friendship is Rational because every episode is not simply a story about friendship, but quite an insightful analysis of the mutually—reinforcing benefits of interpersonal relationships. The characters do not simply learn virtue by unquestioned instruction or blind imitation; they learn precisely how consequences result from their actions and attitudes. They see how friendship gives them the opportunity to learn new tricks or to play to their strengths and to depend on others to support their weaknesses.

yeah, this. How consequences result from our (un)actions.. something I prefer to imagine as accuracy-driven social simulation (where accuracy doesn't cage us in present, quite sad situation), as opposed to just telling what is 'right' in moralizing tones.

Also, I tend to think there is real, informational reason why just forcing everyone/majority/many/other to act as 'slave' actually not good - two (two++, two++++ ..) beings actually can see/remember/feel world from different angles and mutually help each other into seeing some aspects of reality one human or monoculture of humans will miss, or even simply fear to look at and act upon.

But today we tend to live in such deep gravity well of current 'human condition' I really don't know what kind of energy can allow us to leave our own gravitational field. Sometimes individual psychological defense may lead to paradox - it will allow really bad things to happen to everyone .... But acting from very bottom of the world is also extremely.. draining. I can't just return to naive humanism of the past - but I also can't move forward ..:/
