I have an appointment with my general practitioner in half an hour and I haven't been this anxious for a doctor's appointment in a long time so hopefully it goes well.

I joke, but in all seriousness, take a deep breath or two... or ten and slowly let each one out. You're still alive and self-inducing these panics is gonna kill you faster than what you are panicking about.
