Well, Joker has all sorts of methods to kill you ranging from his super-charged electric joy buzzer, his acid shooting gag flower, and his Joker Venom that will literally make you laugh yourself to death.
And then there's Pennywise who can take the form of whatever it is you afraid of, and will torment you until your "ripe" with fear and then eat you.
Honestly it's a toss-up either way.

If only that would kill Pennywise. Considering in the climax of IT Chapter One he was beaten, shot, stabbed, and borderline impaled by a bunch of kids/young teens and yet he's still coming back for a sequel.

I can't help it! I HATE CLOWNS!
Thought surprisingly enough I did like IT Chapter 1. CGI could be spotty in places but overall it was a good horror film with some great character moments.

You know, if you hate clowns so much maybe you should see an Animaniacs episode called Clown and Out. It is filled with clown abuse, and it is hilarious.
